VENTURA – Riverside City College quarterback Jordan Barton threw for 296 yards and 3 touchdowns while running back Ayinde Bankole busted through for 3 TDs to help lead the Tigers to a 45-26 win at Ventura College in the 2023 SCFA Championship on Saturday.
Riverside is one victory away from a state title. RCC will host College of San Mateo, the Northern California champion, next Saturday (Dec. 9) in the 3C2A State Championship at Wheelock Stadium.
